Start of project

ConceptStreet will begin project upon receipt of a retainer fee from the client that equals no less than 25% of the full billable amount as outlined in our agreement. Certain special projects may require 50% upfront payment before commencement.

ConceptStreet will not be held liable should the client found to be infringing on an already existing copyright, trademark, service mark or description or service that relates to assign project(s). All creative work done by ConceptSreet can be protected by copyright as we make all possible effort to make our work original.

Payment terms

Once a project has been initiated and initial designs are created and printed out or emailed to our clients, a percentage of payment made by client become non refundable. In the unlikely event that ConceptStreet cannot create a design that the client will approve. The client may cancel the project in writing/email. The amount not less than 50% of the billable total of said project will be refunded. Time spent and material used on job will factor into exact refund.
